Data availability requirement
In line with IEEE data policies and Scopus best practices, authors are required to provide clear statements regarding data availability and reproducibility. Wherever applicable, datasets, codes, algorithms, and supplementary materials that support the findings should be deposited in trusted repositories or included as supplementary files. Manuscripts must contain a Data Availability Statement, indicating whether the data are openly accessible, available upon reasonable request, or subject to restrictions (e.g., confidentiality or proprietary conditions). This practice strengthens transparency, replicability, and long-term scholarly value.
